Things you need to have while coaching kids baseball?

I coached little league last year, you got most of it, but add bases, and a catchers mit, as not every group of youngsters has a die-hard catcher wanabe who own's his own catchers mit. Gloves don't hurt, but that's not your responsibility, unless you're in some severly poverty stricken area. Another thing all little kids like and get overly amped for would be eye-black. It costs like 5 bucks, and kids think it makes them look like big leaguers. Seeds would be cool too, but these are extras. For the first couple of days of practice, you got everything you should need already.
