My boyfriend lied to me about facebook!?

Okay well my Bf and I both have an facebook account and I told him agile back when we first started dating that if he really wanted me we both would have to delete our facebook.the reason I asked for this is because I knew there would be plenty of drama plus WERE BOTH JEALOUS ..he said he would but doesn't want to because he talks to pretty much all his long distance family on there.and of course I trusted him for only that reason but now...he's been adding a litmus girls basically everyday and I can't help but to feel this way.if he really cared he would notice I don't like these actions.he can't say they added me because either way he acceptedthem.I have ove 100 friend requests from boys n I add only the family...I hate that he lied...hes supposed to come over this weeken and I havent seen him in a long time so I want our time to be relaxing and cool but I'm really tired of all these girls.he tells them he misses them before me! Please don't tell me to get over it or it's facebook your supposed to add friends...I need help how should I confront this!because he has a problem when I talk to guys,or dress with clothing he thinks other guys will like..I love him and I don't want to loose him over this!how can I get him to agree we don't need facebook??
