My mind doesn't work right when I am with him?

I have been dating the same guy for 3 months and we have been doing absolutely nothing. Zippo. Ya we have had picnics and such but no first kiss and no dates dates. He is a talker a big talker and talks a lotttt... I just stand there and smile and giggle like retard. I don't even say anthing unless a friend is there. Is there something wrong with me???? I love him a lot but it tears me apart when he seems dissapointend. We say sup at the same time. The honeymoon phase is ove r for sure. What phase is this???? It's just getting boring. Help me and my relationship......
