I need help about this girl I like?

Well this girl I like she is my class and is Best friends with my sister. The weird thing is that alot of times we contact eyes alot and I do not know if she likes me or think I like her or what?I do not know.Can someone explain?If she knew I like her and the staring creeps her out then she would ove done something right?I am just confuse. Help?
