I think i still am in love with my ex?

i think i still ove him...we broke up twice and this time he found a another girl and u know wirh her. he told me he loved me and then when we broke up i feel like he forgot about me and just moved on so quick. he says he still really really likes me...but today right in front of me he was flirting with some new girl...do tell him i still love him? i always find myself thinking of him..but when im with him hes sooo annoying it drives me insane thats almostly why we broke up twice...should i just get over him? if so how? or should i tell him how i feel?
