Help my dog ate a chicken bone!!!?

She is a two year old Cairn Terrier. She got into the trash and ate the corner and a little bit of the middle. It was a cooked chicken leg. But just the bone. She kind of seems fine but jas a lot of gas and her stomach feels a little hard. Like her skin king of droops ove on her belly but is you feel the skin under it the stomach is a little hard. She didnt eat her dog food but she did want some macaroni when we were eating (but i didnt give her any) this happened at around six oclock. Does she seem fine? Im pretty sure she is going to sleep with my parents tonight so they will keep an eye on her. Does she NEED to see a vet or could the hardness in her stomach be just gas? She didnt eat much of the bone at all, a little less than a quarter.

My Insurance want to charge me loads for cancelling my insurance can they charge this?
