Enterprise rental cars underage surcharge fees?

Im planning on visiting Michigan next month and im in need of a car. Im 19 and i've checked that 18 yrs old and ove can rent cars in Michigan. but my question is what is the Underage fees for 18-21 at enterprise?. I checked their site but i was not able to find it, only the underage fees for 21-24 renters
